Based on this framework, we have designed our processes for:
- Requirement study
- Business overview
- Business process management
- Data quality assessment
- Technology environment study
- Information System Architecture
- Information Model
- Logical Data Model
- ETL Model

- Development
- Physical Data Model
- ETL Maps
- BI Components
- Unit testing and peer review
- Integration into BI Portal
- Acceptance Testing
- Test plan
- Test data creation
- Testing and certification
- Roll-out
- Trial run
- User training

Delivery Models
|
Onsite-Offshore Delivery Model
.jpg) This is the most frequently used model. Key features of this model are:
- Designated Architect or Project Leader works closely with the client organization and acts as client!@#s representative to our design and development team. (In larger projects, he/she works out of client!@#s office)
- Development team works offshore and the deliveries are made to the onsite team for release
- Acceptance testing and implementation related tasks are completed onsite.
Application Service Model (Build, Operate and Transfer Model)
We provide Business Intelligence and Analytics services using Build, Operate and Transfer model, including:
- Building application as per client requirement
- Running the application:
- System administration on day-to-day basis including ETL operations
- Development of new reports and views based on client request
- Adding new data sources to the application
- System changes
- Transfer the application to client at the end of certain time period, if required by the client.
Onsite Delivery Model
For selected projects, onsite delivery model is adopted in which, whole team works onsite in client organization.
